Refund Policy

Products available for sale in our store:

In accordance with Article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and thus return the product to us at your expense for reimbursement without penalty.

The product must not have been used for more than a few minutes. It must be returned in its original packaging, with a copy of the associated invoice - received by email when the order was paid.

Once the product is received, the refund will be made via the same payment method used when paying for the order. The refund will be in full.

Exception for custom-made “personalized creation” products:

Custom creations are clearly identified when ordering.

Custom creations are designed and made especially for you, therefore these products are not eligible for a refund.
